The Express article – ‘ECJ has ULTIMATE AUTHORITY over Article 50 and could delay it FOR MONTHS’ insists judge – epitomises the EU’s strategy for keeping dissenting nation states within its clutches through delay and obfuscation allied to use and abuse of ‘the law’. They do this with EU ‘laws’ created for the purpose.
These laws are a crucial part of their method to make the economic and political situation so bad for the dissenting nation that doubt and fear in the target country’s elite then spreads to its people, driving them back into the arms of the carefully constructed EU tyrrany they foolishly tried to escape.
Enter the European Court of Justice (ECJ) in the case of Article 50.
Lawyers of any nation jealously guard their power and more importantly they guard the power they believe they have. The lawyers appointed to the ECJ are no different and here we have the agents(lawyers) of a foreign power seeking to dictate to the British Parliament and its people what they may and may not do.

David Davis, Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, should under no circumstances give in to menacing demands from the parasitic mafia-like unelected non entities in Brussels. They are trying to run an operation which is little more than a thinly disguised protection racket.
The EU’s Single Market is an over-hyped, over-regulated, Corporatist millstone round our necks. The Brexit minister should recognise that an agreement allowing the EU any say in our laws and governance should not be allowed. Any treaty or agreement allowing our EU federalist enemy’s sticky fingers to remain in the UK’s pockets should be thrown out.
The government is right to assert the sovereignty of Parliament by changing our laws to reflect the will of the British people. The EU game of having a second referendum, fudge and delay is in play. The globalists are testing our mettle and resolve. Their doom mongering minions in the BBC and Mass media are peddling “uncertainty” as a means to subvert democracy.
The EU 5th column within the Westminster political elite is emerging in force, rallying around Blair and Major, both hugely responsible for the suppression of Britain as an independent nation state, aided and abetted by a coterie of internationalists, billionaires and bankers who want to take this country apart.
Today I have done my bit to challenge the negativity of those who continue to insist that Brexit will lead us to some form of Armageddon. I have, for The i newspaper, written about how life in Britain might well be in 2019 after we have left the European Union. A fews days ago they published a “worst-case scenario” in which we were effectively up there with North Korea in not even having access to the single market, trade was ceasing in a whole range of sectors and supermarket shelves were being left empty. I sought to counter this kind of nonsense and I hope you’ll take a few minutes to read my optimistic vision of Brexit Britain.

Remain campaigners told some misleading tales during the referendum campaign and now they are at it again on the Single Market.
They claim there’s NO mandate to leave the Single Market after the referendum, but in reality they spent the campaign telling us that a vote to leave the EU is a vote to leave the Single Market. It was their number one argument!
Yes – really. David Cameron (then Prime Minister), George Osborne and Nicola Sturgeon have all said a vote to leave the EU is a vote to leave the Single Market. And here’s the evidence. Please share it!
This shows that there is a clear mandate to leave the Single Market. We must fight to leave the EU to protect our jobs, prices and businesses.
Anna Soubry and her friends cannot be allowed to reverse YOUR Brexit vote.

On Wednesday, our new Chancellor, Philip Hammond, unveiled his first (and last) Autumn Statement. For a moment, I thought he had resigned – no such luck! His announcements of doom were predicated on forecasts from so-called ‘experts’. Experts who have been proved wrong, time and time again. They were wrong about the Exchange Rate Mechanism, the Euro, the financial crisis and the immediate impact of Brexit. They have been wrong so many times throughout history – and they are wrong now.
